Staff was friendly and courteous. The day manager was on her first day out of training but she was very knowledgeable and polite. The room was very comfortable and clean. I will plan on staying here the next time I’m in Muskogee 😁

Upon arriving Nickisha, Susan and Laura did everything to accommodate our needs and then some. You could tell they really enjoy their job and have high regard for their boss. I would highly recommend this hotel and because of these employees it has been one of the best hotels I have stayed in.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Michael greeted us with a smile and lots of good information about the hotel, places to eat and the surrounding area. Thanks Michael for all your help with getting us settled in. Small issue with the room was handled by housekeeper Cassi on the spot. Thanks Cassi for your quick response to fixing the problem.

This is the 2nd time I've stayed with them when visiting relatives and I've had a wonderful experience both times. My family and I tried to stay at the studio 6 right down the road and got ate up with bedbugs so we went here and were much more impressed with the staff, services and cleanliness of the rooms. Tbh I was terrified to find more bugs at this hotel so I went into a room with the door open that was being cleaned (oops!🤷‍♀️) but I was pleased to see that they lift their mattresses up in between each guest to thoroughly clean.

It was nice and clean. The lady at check in was very helpful. My tv would not work, she came down to fix it and when she could not, she moved me to another room. She called to make sure everything was okay the first room and the second room. Wonderful person. Good night sleep.

After reading some of the other reviews I was skeptical but on staying here the rooms are spotless the hotel is clean they have breakfast Continental coffee juice cereal danish yogurt fruit.. clean bug-free reasonably priced. Seem to be lots of parking conveniently located close to restaurant also they also have a fitness room and pool pretty decent hotel for the money I will definitely stay again if I'm in the neighborhood

The hotel staff was pleasant, and was very accomidating. Micheal, one of the managers always treated other guests as well as myself and my kids with respect and courtesy. He always was striving and asking how he could make our stay better! He always found a way to go beyond the "usual" customer service routines and make our stay pleasant. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks to the entire staff and of course Micheal for making our stay excellent!

Clean room, good breakfast, staff was fine to friendly. Room was solid and felt up-to-date. Had an issue (the was my own fault) that was resolved very quickly and easily by the staff. Try the blueberry waffle mix, it's great!

Michael at the front desk is amazing!!! My room was nice and clean from the staff (Sheila) does an amazing job with clean rooms. Last but not least, had the pleasure of meeting this sweet lady (Mae) for breakfast, she's organized and kept the eating area stocked and clean. I have stayed in the surrounding hotels and had bad experiences but this hotel is great. I checked out to a smiling face mrs. Sunshine and mrs June took care of me. The staff is awesome there. As my second visit , i will return again. Thank you!!

I would stay here over and over again. The staff here were very kind and respectful. The room was clean and very comfortable. If anyone gives this motel bad reviews they aren't being truthful. Plus the raisin cookie were warm and delicious. The motel welcomed my dogs and didn't make me feel bad for bringing them in. Thank you guys very much for making our 2 days here relaxing and enjoyable.
